6/15/20 Happily, my office reopens on site today in compliance with Phase 2 of NYS guidelines. Office appointments can be scheduled in person or via videoconference. By Executive Order, we continue to do document signings via videoconference for anyone who is high risk or is unable to come to our office. You can contact my office at 516-280-1339, or email me at Irene@ivelderlaw.com.
Please be aware of these important guidelines that we are mandated to follow per NYS DOH requirements and Executive order:
1. All visits must be by appointment only (even document drop-offs!). In order to keep our office family and yours healthy, unannounced visitors cannot be permitted entry. This allows us to sanitize in between appointments and keep our clients and employees safe. It also assures that we stay within 50% occupancy restrictions at this time.
2. Masks are required to enter our office building and throughout your time in our suite.
3. Pursuant to NYS’s requirement of office businesses, all employees and visitors are required to certify at entry that they do not have fever or other COVID symptoms, are not positive for COVID, and have not been exposed to it in the past 14 days.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time. We are happy to continue our service to the community.
